I love how most of the robots on this list are Japanese XDDDDDDD
creepiest ones in my opinion:
"five year old girl" and "1-2 year toddler"
ARE THESE INSPIRED BY HORROR MOVIES? NO WONDER MOST ROBOT FILMS NEVER HAVE KID ROBOTS. IF THIS IS WHAT THEY'LL TURN OUT LIKE I VOTE THEY SKIP THE DEVELOPMENT STAGE AND GO STRAIGHT TO THE ADULT STAGE.

they've all pretty much got movement down (see Big Dog and PETMAN), it's mostly the minute details - blinking, mouth movement - that's got problems...
